I did not know exactly the format of different forms of ceremonial programs, including the formats of giving speeches. Moreover, I would feel hesitation to stand up in front of the mass and speak up assuming different roles, standing at the podium, particularly in Nepali.
After training
I started feeling quite confident to stand up before the mass and speak up systematically. I learnt this art through NEEF Training on Public Speaking. Public speaking no doubt is an art of communication that everyone can learn. But for this perfect platform is necessary for perfect practice.
